Pip's Story

Pip is a young pup who's still learning how to be a dog - and he's making sweet progress every day! He can be shy at first, but once he trusts you, he's incredibly loving, cuddly, and loyal. Pip is dog friendly, rides great in the car, and loves carrying little treasures around in his mouth when he gets excited. He's smart, eager to learn, and enjoys playing with other dogs while building his confidence.

Big Paws of the Ozarks's Adoption Policy
All adopters must fill out an application on our website with all necessary information. From there, our staff will conduct a phone interview and answer any questions regarding the dog or the adoption process. Once approved, a meet and greet is scheduled with the family, dog, and dog's foster family. This is the time where other pets can be introduced. If the meet and greet goes well, we can send the dog in a trial adoption for a few days to make sure it is a perfect fit for everyone. From there the adoption is finalized through payment of the adoption fee and transferring of vet records.
