Pinto's Story

Meet Pinto!

Pinto is the sweetest little laid-back girl with the calmest soul! If you’re looking for a relaxed, easygoing puppy who would rather cuddle on the couch than run a marathon, Pinto might just be your perfect match.

Pinto is crate trained and sleeps peacefully in her crate every night without a fuss. She’s incredibly calm when left alone, doesn’t bark, and handles quiet time like a pro. She’s also working on potty training and is already puppy pad trained. She’ll often sit by the door to let you know when she needs to go outside. This girl is the definition of low energy—she’s very lazy, reserved, and perfectly content just hanging out and watching the world go by. While other dogs are busy playing, Pinto is usually happy to sit back and supervise from a comfy spot nearby! She enjoys relaxing, curling up on the couch, and soaking up all the cozy vibes. She’s calm in the car, does well during baths and grooming, and doesn’t mind nail trims or ear cleaning at all. She has no issues with chewing, separation anxiety, excessive barking, or aggression. She loves her food and may sneak a bite from another dog’s bowl if they leave it unattended—but always politely! Beanie is very independent and doesn’t demand constant attention, but she’s still incredibly sweet and loving. She can be shy around strangers at first, especially with loud noises or unfamiliar people, but she’s always friendly and never reactive.

Pinto gets along perfectly with other dogs, ignores cats, and has zero prey drive, making her a wonderful fit for homes with other pets. She’s great with kids of all ages, from little ones to older children, and has never shown any signs of aggression. She walks nicely on a leash but could use a little more practice as she continues to learn.

Pinto already knows sit, touch, and kennel! One of Pinto’s cutest little quirks? She absolutely loves blankets—especially ones with tags! She’ll curl up with them, gently suckle on the tags, and use them to soothe herself to sleep. It’s the sweetest thing ever.

If you’re searching for a calm, gentle, couch-loving best friend who will happily be your cozy companion, Pinto is ready to steal your heart!

*Approximate DOB 12/23/2025
*Spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccines and microchipped
*Fecal tested and dewormed.

Apply Here: https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application
