Pink's Story

COURTESY POST – Meet Pink Taylor, a Belgian Malinois/Shepherd mix. She is currently living with her family in Truth or Consequences, NM. Pink’s family is experiencing a major health crises and unfortunately are seeking to find her a new home. She is extremely loved by her family, which is why they are choosing this for her. All information has been provided by her current owner, Brielle who can be reached at 575-222-3878 for any inquiries.

Pink loves long hikes, walks, and lots of play. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines but due soon. Her family took her in as a temporary foster when she was rescued from being dumped in the desert with her family and facing euthanization at an out of town shelter. Her family invested a lot of time, energy, and patience into helping her become the dog she is today. She's wicked smart loves to play fetch, loves antlers and bones, needs to be crated @night or has accidents, needs a huge yard, she's very high energy I can’t stress that high energy enough, she loves dog safe fruits and veg raw, she needs a job and or lots of outside time that is active, she has separation anxiety. Loves being with her people, loves giving doggy licks and dye free popsicles. Ideally a home with older kids as she’s not been around little ones. She’s incredibly fast when running. She needs work on not jumping and leash pulling. Pink deserves the best.

She’s trained to sit, can wait a short amount of time, sits for food to be put down, takes treats gently, OK recall off leash, responds to leave it and release when playing fetch. She’s good with dogs, OK with cats (likes to play more than they like),

Brielle wants to find a home that is the right match for Pink, and for safety, she will be thorough with the decision including meeting and seeing the yard where Pink will live. When she finds the right home, Pink will come with all her toys, crate, shirts, leash, harness, etc.

Please contact Brielle at 575-222-3878.
