Piglet and Eeyore's Story
MEET PIGLET & EEYORE!

Two tiny siblings with a bond that is simply too special to break.
Piglet and Eeyore are bonded Chihuahua siblings who were born a little different—and their journey has been nothing short of incredible.
Piglet was born with her back legs facing backward and upside down. Because she was so tiny, surgery wasn't an option, so her foster mom was taught special exercises by an orthopedic surgeon to help her legs develop. After months of hard work, Piglet stood on her own for the very first time! And she didnt stop there.
Today, this determined little girl RUNS! Her legs are still deformed and she has the cutest little crab walk, but she gets around amazingly well. She can even navigate rounded stairs to get up onto the couch and bed. Her biggest motivation through it all? Being right there with her brother, Eeyore.

Eeyore is Piglets big brother and her little protector. They look for each other, cuddle together, wrestle, play and zoom around like any other pair of pups. Their bond is incredibly strong, and they must be adopted together.
Both Piglet and Eeyore are incredibly sweet and love to snuggle under blankets and be close to their person. They can be shy and fearful with new people, though, so their forever family will need to be patient and give them time to feel safe and comfortable. Once they trust you, they are absolute cuddle bugs.
What their perfect home looks like:
Must be adopted together
No small children
No large dogs
A home with stairs or pet steps to beds and couches
Both are potty trained on washable pee pads
Eeyore is still working on using a doggy door
Piglet will not be able to use a doggy door
A patient family willing to give them time to warm up to new people
Piglet may look a little different, but she certainly doesnt let that slow her down—and having Eeyore by her side is all shes ever wanted. Now these two special siblings are looking for a forever family who will love them exactly as they are.
