Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.
Piglet is Looking For: Hiya! I’m Piglet! I’m on the hunt for a forever home full of toys to chase, zoomies to run, and snuggles to steal in between playtime. When I’m a little older, I can’t wait to sniff out new adventures on walks, make lots of doggie friends, and show off how clever I am in puppy class. So...do you have a little room in your heart (and your lap) for me?
What My Foster Says About Me: Piglet is a fun-loving, sweet little girl who somehow showed up at our house and immediately acted like she’d lived here forever. Confident? Check. Friendly? Very. Professional heart-stealer? Absolutely.

She’s obsessed with belly rubs, has already learned how to sit, and takes treats so gently she will have you wondering if she secretly went to school. She’s been sleeping like a champ in her crate, enthusiastically comes when called (10/10 for enthusiasm), and loved playing with her first foster's kids and her current foster’s grandkids. She’s also fantastic in the car—relaxed, and happy to ride along anywhere.
Piglet is doing great with potty-training, learning how to walk nicely on a leash, and is very intrigued by playing with other dogs and snuggling with her people. She also loves romping in the snow—tiny puppy zoomies included.
Now let’s talk brains because WOW. Piglet is sooo smart. Like, “trained herself” smart. She sits, waits, figures things out frighteningly fast... and yes, has already learned how to open a gate (we’re both proud of her smarts but extra aware to be on the lookout for puppy mischief). This girl has brains AND beauty!
Piglet is the total package: sweet, playful, clever, affectionate, and the right amount of funny mischievousness. She’s a great pup who’s going to make someone very lucky very soon.

Puppy Vetting Requirements: Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be “fully” vaccinated. It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.

Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog! TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online bit.ly/adoptaluckydog

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament.

Thank you for contacting Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and helping to save a life!
