Pierre was saved from an Alabama Puppy Mill just over a year ago. He was so matted he could not even walk. We are just guessing on breed mix and do not make any claims of him being hypoallergenic. He will required regular grooming about every 8 weeks.<br/><br/>Today Pierre enjoys going outside and sitting in the sun, sleeping on the end of the bed and he has to get is morning petting in before my feet hit the floor.<br/><br/>We have no idea how old Pierre is, his teeth were so bad none of the vets could give us an age, we are guessing 8+ years old. He is heartworm negative, neutered, chipped, current on vaccinations, preventions and just had a dental cleaning done. <br/><br/>Pierre has been through so much, we have no idea how long he lived that horrific life, but what we do know is he will never live it again. So we are looking for a patient person / family who has a quiet lifestyle to match his personality. He comes with some quirks which should be expected based on his history. I have a doggy door, so he is used to using it to go outside but he may never be fully potty trained, but currently with using the doggy door he goes out at least 90% of the time.<br/><br/>This is a sweet boy who just wants to be safe and loved and I will keep looking until we can find that for him. He is not leash trained, we have fenced yards and he loves going out and being in the yard unrestricted to wander as he sees fit in a safe space.
