Pickles 's Story

Pickles and his brother, Lettuce, were born in a shelter and their mom unfortunately was unable to care for them. They have been hand raised in foster care.

Pickles is a sweet little baby. He’s more of a “watch and see” kind of guy. He’s curious in a careful way, and takes it all in before exploring new things. He plays hard and loves to cuddles ones he’s gotten all of his energy out. Pickles is thoughtful and adorable, he will make someone an incredible companion!

Pickles and Lettuce are continually working on potty training, basic commands, and walking on a leash. These are basic skills adopters will continue to develop with their puppies!

Puppies are exceptionally cute, but they require hard work to help them become well rounded dogs! Adopters should be dedicated to continuing the process of training and socializing their puppy. All puppies adopted from FTLOJ should be enrolled in puppy classes after adoption. We have many great positive reinforcement trainers to refer you to!

Pickles's birthdate is 10/9/2025. He is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, fecal tested negative for parasites, and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His neuter appointment is scheduled and included with adoption.

Apply to adopt at www.fortheloveofjanerescue.com/adoptions
