At 6 years old, everything he knew changed overnight, and now he’s waiting for someone to give him that feeling of home again. <br/><br/>Pickles is a 65 lb Cattle Dog mix and the definition of a loyal best friend. He is extremely affectionate, a huge cuddle bug, and happiest right next to his people. He doesn’t want much. He just wants to be included, loved, and have a person of his own again.<br/><br/>- Fully housebroken<br/>- Non-destructive and well behaved in the home<br/>- Great in the car<br/>- Incredibly loving and people-oriented<br/>- Generally lower to medium energy<br/>- Enjoys walks and does best on a harness<br/>- Would love a fenced yard<br/>- Can live with another dog, especially a larger, easygoing, tolerant dog with proper introductions<br/>- Fostered with children and LOVES kids, but we recommend ages 8+ because he can get excited and jump<br/>- Fully vetted and doing well on hip & joint supplements<br/><br/>Pickles has already lost his person once. We really don’t want him to keep waiting while dog after dog gets chosen around him.<br/><br/>There has to be someone out there looking for a big, goofy, loyal cuddle bug who will love them with his whole heart. <br/><br/>Please share Pickles.
