This adorable merle boy with his soft, curly coat is truly a little masterpiece. As the biggest of the Art Litter, Picasso has a gentle, affectionate personality and a big heart to match. He loves playing with his siblings, carrying his toys around, and soaking up cuddle time. Being held is one of his favorite ways to relax, and he enjoys staying close to his people while he recharges for his next round of puppy play.<br/><br/>Picasso was born in his foster home after his mama was surrendered to us pregnant. Mom appears to be a 12-lb mini poodle mix, and while dad is unknown, Picasso clearly inherited that adorable curly coat that will require regular grooming to keep him looking gallery-ready. Like any young puppy, Picasso will need a family willing to invest time in training, consistency, and guidance so he can grow into the best companion possible. With patience, structure, and lots of love, this sweet boy is ready to become someone’s forever work of art.<br/>He was born in November 2025 and is fostered in Fort Worth, TX.<br/><br/>OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.<br/><br/>All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).<br/><br/>Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
