Phyllis in Colorado 's Story

Meet 14 year old Phyllis in Colorado!

Phyllis is such a sweet and special old girl, and we would love love love to find the perfect forever family to love and spoil her for the rest of her days.

Phyllis thrives on routine, and on having time to do all the things she loves to do. Her favorite things to do are to explore, go for walks so she can sniff all the new smells she can find, eat yummy meals, and find a comfy place to curl up for a nice long nap. While she doesn't see or hear as well as she used to, she will come running for her food dish and wags her tail when she knows you're around. While she hardly ever barks, she will let one out when she wants to be put back on the floor for some more opportunities to explore.

Phyllis had a lot of health issues when we got her, but she is doing so much better now that she’s in a loving foster home and getting good veterinary care. She had a very extensive dental with extractions, got spayed and had some masses removed. She has put on some much-needed weight, and now all she needs is a loving family to continue on with this great care, and to let her be the one-of-a-kind girl she is.

If you are interested in little Phyllis, please fill out the online adoption survey here:

https://www.olddogsnewdigs.com/adoption-survey/
