Phoenix's Story

"Hello! Thank you for visiting my page! I am eagerly awaiting the perfect forever home. I haven't had anyone, but my caretakers come to visit me so far, but that's ok! I know the perfect someone is out there just waiting to find me, and I just can't wait! I hope that you might be the one!"-Phoenix

Phoenix came to us through a client that found her. No shelters were able to take her in so they brought her into our care, and we couldn't say no. Just look at her! She is such a sweet and charismatic pup. She was shy the first few days with us, and can be hesitant around strangers, but as soon as she realizes everything is safe her excitement explodes into a flourish of hugs and kisses. In fact she loves her people so much that she can occasionally have some separation anxiety.

We have been trying to work with her on this, but it is difficult in this environment. As such she needs a home that is experienced with separation anxiety or is able to train with her. She is extremely agile and is able to scale fences in no time so she will need to be in a household that is able to strictly walk her on a leash, or will supervise her outside time in a fenced in yard. If she is left out unattended she WILL find a way out of the yard.

We know that there is a loving home who is ready and able to take on our sweet girl's special quirks. They'll be rewarded with such a wonderful addition to their family.

"Thank you so much for checking me out! I hope I'll find my forever family soon!"-Phoenix

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 7-5:30. If you call during non-business hours you may leave us a voicemail, and we will get back with you as soon as possible. Inquiries may also go through our e-mail at allforpets@allforpetsvet.com. At this time we have in office applications for adoption, though we are hoping to find a streamlined way to do applications via computer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

***Please note that descriptions are based on caretakers’ observation of pets in our facility. We cannot guarantee pet's temperament, personality, behavior, likes, dislikes, etc. outside of our facility. We do our best to expose our pets to many different experiences so that we are able to find the best fit for you and our pets, however we are not able to expose them to everything a pet may experience in life.
