Phoebe is a 7 year old Bichon/Poodle cross. She weighs 16 lbs and a non shedding dog. Phoebe's is a very sweet and friendly girl. Her elderly owner had her puppy pad trained but her foster family is working with her on going outside too. She would love to be someone's little lap dog and constant companion. Phoebe has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is on heartworm/flea prevention. If you'd like to adopt Phoebe, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.aplmercer.com. Adoption fee is $400
