Hi, I’m Phoebe! I’ve traded my shelter kennel for a loving foster home, and I finally get to relax, decompress, and just be a puppy! Shelter life was tough for me, and I was starting to feel the stress of being confined all day. But now I have a safe place to learn, grow, and show my true personality.<br/><br/>I’m young, smart, playful, and full of puppy energy! I love toys, attention, and having fun. I enjoy playing with other dogs, too, but I do best with compatible friends and supervised play.<br/><br/>I’m ready to soak up all the love, continue learning, and hopefully find my forever family.
