Meet Phoebe... Phoebe came into the shelter as a stray who was brought into the police station. Phoebe appears to be a true mixed breed and had us stumped on her mix. Phoebe has all the looks of a hound with her speckled chest and that hound howl, but is a very miniature version at under 25lbs. Phoebe is 1-2 yr old, black / white, F/S, hound mix. Phoebe is spayed and current on vaccines. Phoebe loves everyone she meets and is just a big ball of happy energy! She would love a big yard and someone to burn off her energy with.
