True to his husky roots, he loves to talk, and he’ll howl to let you know he’s there! And despite everything he’s been through, Phineas adores attention and pets.<br/><br/>In foster care, Phineas has proven that he is open to learning new tricks, such as “sit”, “stay”, and “off”.
