Phil loves everyone he meets, especially other dogs, and he is always ready to play. For now, he's taking it easy while undergoing heartworm treatment and enjoying the simpler things in life...like plenty of chin scratches (his favorite!).<br/><br/>If you're looking for a lovable companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Phil might just be your guy.

We want to make the best connection for your family, and we are committed to finding that best match for you. One of the first steps is to visit our shelter during business hours, which is Tuesday to Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. Once you have visited with a pet, you can then submit an application for adoption.
