Phillip's Story

Phillip makes us smile even though he came from a very sad situation. He was abandoned with his sister Theodosia. He came in so malnourished that it stunted his growth. However, while being here he has been gaining weight and overall confidence. He has met several dogs and loved all of them! Phillip, even while overcoming so much, has blossomed into a bright, happy, goofy, loving and sociable boy! Phillip is ready for a loving home that will continue to show him the good in the world.
