Phillip is a new rescue to us . He is a 1 to 2 year old tzu / poodle / bichon mix . <br/>Phillip came to us in in deplorable condition and has never gotten to be out in fresh air . His whole life is getting a restart ! We are so excited to watch enjoy his new life ! Phillip would do best in a home with other dogs and is good with cats . <br/><br/>Application is at stlsdp.org .
