Meet Phil! Phil is a petite 1-year, 8-month-old Boxer mix with the kindest heart and the biggest love for his people, especially kids! He’s playful, affectionate, and happiest when snuggled up at night with the children in the foster home he had. He also loves other dogs and would really thrive in a home with a canine playmate. At the shelter, he walks the halls without much care for the cats and soaks up every opportunity possible to steal a snuggle. He's a total love bug! <br/><br/>Phil is crate trained, walks well on a leash, and travels great in the car. While he’s incredibly sweet with women and children, Phil can be very timid and uncertain around men. Because of this, he’ll need a home that can provide gentle structure and understands how to help sensitive dogs feel safe and secure.
