Meet Phil. Phil is a 21lb, 3yr old Cocker Spaniel. Phil is a sweet guy who gets along with all people(not sure about kids). Phil walks good on a leash, and even knows some basic commands. Phil gets along with other dogs, but can sometimes be a little pushy with play, he responds to correction quickly, so it has not been a problem. Phil would benefit from some basic training classes to keep him socialized. Phil is crate trained, micochipped, neutered, vaccinated, and up to date on his rabies vaccine.
