**********Harrisburg Area********************<br/><br/>Phil is a well-socialized, black, cropped and docked male believed to be 6-8 years old. He is great with other dogs, cats and children.<br/>He was found in Philadelphia as a stray (thus the name Phil). Phil is on some medications for his arthritis and allergies. He also takes a medication for his heart. He had an EKG done in July and it showed some signs of the beginning of Dilated Cardiomyopathy.<br/><br/>He seems like he was at one time very well cared for. Someone took the time to train him but in the end they didn't try to find him. <br/><br/>Adopting Phil could be the most rewarding thing that you could ever do.
