Meet Phil
Phil is a highly intelligent 95lb German Shepherd who loves to play for hours! He is house and crate trained. He is good with children , but his energy and size can occasionally knock over little ones. We estimate Phil to be 1-1.5 years old.
Phil was found in the inner city and has learned to LOVE nature and the outdoors. He really needs a fenced yard to run and play, and loves to chase a ball or tug a rope. Phil does have an obsession with squirrels and small furry animals, so he may not be good with cats or small dogs.
Phil has beautiful coloring, large ears and huge paws to grow into. He is quite athletic and can easily clear a 3 ft. jump.
He knows a few commands and is learning more every day - he Is highly treat motivated. Phil would make a loving, life long companion to a family who is willing to train and play with him daily to keep him mentally and physically stimulated.
