Phil is a handsome French Bulldog, whose favorite hobbies include sunbathing, going for car rides, playing fetch and tug-o-war, and being cuddled. Great with older kids and adults, Phil is a strong pup, who loves playing with balls of any size. He is also interested in skateboards and might eventually become a skateboarder, if his guardian wanted to explore that during Phil's training. <br/><br/>Phil is 2 years old, weighs 36 pounds, and has high energy but low stamina. He loves attention and petting. He shows signs of separation anxiety, so ideally he would be matched to a household with a parent who is home most of the time.
