Meet Petie! <br/><br/>Petie is an adorable little Jack Russell with a heart full of sweetness and a whole lot of playful energy! He’s under 14 pounds but makes up for it with his big personality and love of fun.<br/><br/>Petie loves to play — balls, ropes, and a good game of wrestle with another dog are his favorite things. He gets along great with other dogs that like to play, and he’s polite with the larger dogs in his foster home (he just prefers playmates his own size). He’s even gentle with the family cat — he’ll curl up beside her and doesn’t mind when she rubs against him.<br/><br/>This little guy is affectionate and funny — he adores curling up with a blanket on your lap in the evenings and would happily snuggle in bed if allowed (though he’s still working on full potty training, so a bit of supervision helps!). He eats in his crate but doesn’t like being left in one for long.<br/><br/>Petie is athletic, smart, and absolutely hilarious to watch jump around while playing. He does like to join in barking at the horses with his “bad dog” friends, but he’s more of a follower than a leader and doesn’t seem to have a strong prey drive.<br/><br/>He’s been a star at the vet, and everyone who meets him falls in love instantly.
