He was living in unsanitary conditions and lacked appropriate socialization and health care. He's still learning how to express excitement appropriately, so he can be a bit jumpy and mouthy at times. He’ll need plenty of physical activity, mental stimulation, and ongoing training to help him grow into a well-mannered best friend.
