We have been calling him Oscar but before that he was called Peri-Peri at the Castaic Animal Shelter. He’s is a 10 year old Shih Tzu and Maltese mix with scroll-stopping charm and a quirky, expressive personality. <br/>At 10 years old, Peri-Peri is a one-of-a-kind little guy with a big personality and a mind of his own. He loves his walks, spending time with his favorite volunteers, and sharing his affection with people who understand him. He can be a little protective of his prized possessions, and we’re working with him every day to help him feel more at ease. He’ll need to be your one and only dog, and he appreciates people who understand his quirks and let him be himself. Could you be the special person who loves him just the way he is?<br/>We do require visits here to our rescue located in Agua Dulce, CA (Santa Clarita Valley) and in-person home checks so adoptions are limited to the Los Angeles, CA area.
