Percy's Story

Meet Percy!
Percy is a sweet, playful girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for her people!

One of Percy's favorite things is spending time with her humans. Whether she's chasing after a favorite ball, playing with toys, or simply hanging out by your side, she loves being part of the action. She's also a fantastic walking companion and does wonderfully on leash, making her ready to explore the neighborhood with you or enjoy a relaxing stroll together.

Percy can be a little nervous when she's meeting someone new, but give her a little time to get comfortable, and you'll see her confidence begin to shine. Percy would do best as the only dog in the home and without small animals. She'd also love a home with older children who can understand her boundaries and give her the space she needs as she gets settled.

If you're looking for a devoted best friend who will happily accompany you on walks, play with you in the yard, and then settle in for some quality time with her favorite people, Percy could be your girl!

Cheyenne Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
As Wyoming’s largest animal adoption agency, CAS has the widest selections of cats and dogs, rabbits, small mammals and more in Wyoming. Visit our shelter today, or visit Adoptable Cats, Adoptable Dogs or Working Cats to view pictures and profiles of all pets in need of homes! Visit our website to see available animals or visit the adoptable animals at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. We have three large dog adoption rooms, “cat alley” and critter space. While visiting the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, a CAS adoption counselor will help you find the pet who is the best match for your family and lifestyle. Once you find your match, a Cheyenne Animal Shelter staff person will begin the adoption process, which often takes as little as an hour. Once you have reviewed all adoption paperwork, you’ll pay the adoption fee. Then, you’re ready to take home your new furry family member.
