Meet Percy! Percy came to CCHS as a stray from the Longwood area towards the beginning of March. This sweet Hound mix is about 6 months old and weighs roughly 50.5lbs currently. Percy is a total ham! He has a goofy personality and a love for giving kisses! We aren't entirely certain what his exact breed makeup is, but we can tell you he is 100% Happy to be Involved! With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. <br/><br/>CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP.
