Pepsi is a calm, gentle 6‐year‐old, 66‐lb pup who enjoys a laid‐back pace and steady companionship. He can be a little aloof at first, but warms up beautifully with time and happily approaches people for pets and butt scratches. Pepsi is easy to leash, walks politely, and appears to be housetrained. His favorite activities include slow strolls, sniffing the yard, and relaxing near his handler.<br/><br/>Pepsi isn't very motivated by treats and has a mellow, thoughtful personality. If you're looking for a quiet, low‐energy dog who appreciates gentle affection and peaceful company, Pepsi is ready for a soft place to land.We are open to the public Tuesday - Sunday (1PM - 5PM)! Douglas County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fees vary based on services provided. Please visit our Web Site for prices. The fees may include vaccines and a microchip, the first year rabies vaccine, and spay/neuter surgery. If the animal is not the appropriate age for spay/neuter, the adopter must sign a contract agreeing to spay or neuter at their expense. Ages for dogs and cats are as follows: Senior 5+ years, Adult 1-5 years, Young 6-12 months and Puppy/Kitten 0-6 months.
