This sweet boy is here through no fault of his own due to his owners no longer being able to afford to care for all of their dogs. Peppy came in with three buddies, but they have all since left the shelter, so Peppy is ready for it to finally be his turn to get out of here and back into a loving home!<br/>Peppy is a true gentle soul. Weighing in at only 6 pounds, this little boy is feeling pretty nervous at finding himself alone in the big, scary world. He will sit and shake, waiting for a buddy to come and comfort him. Peppy loves to be held, and will gladly settle into the arms of any kind soul looking to give him some love! As he gets used to us here, we are seeing his playful and spunky Pom side come out! Peppy is still young, and as such has plenty of leftover puppy energy. He loves some good playtime, and would really benefit from an owner that can keep him moving!<br/>Being a Pomeranian, Peppy can be a little high-maintenance. He is going to require frequent grooming to ensure his coat stays in tip-top shape. This isn't just important for his looks, as keeping up with his grooming needs will also help keep him healthy.<br/>Peppy has lived with other small dogs and cats before, and got along with them all. He hasn't been around many children yet. We don't think he would have a problem with children once he got used to them, but with him being on the shy side, it will be crucial to supervise any kids around him until he has a chance to get used to them to make sure they aren't pushing his boundaries.<br/>Peppy is such a lovebug, and he deserves a family that will cherish him like he deserves!
