Forever foster or adopter wanted! <br/><br/>Pepper joined us from OC Animal care and was heavily neglected. He had an ulcerated mass removed, had spiders and other insects crawling out of his matted fur during grooming, and has dry eye. He has a few other masses, we are evaluating whether one large one can be removed. Due to his age and medical condition we are seeking a FORVER FOSTER for him in San Diego or Orange County.
