She would love to have a person so they can be the center of her world. <br/><br/>She is a nice balance of yard exploring independent and house aware curious but she always has one hear open and one eye on her person. Her recall is good and she wants to please. She is pretty easy going with other dogs but sometimes in her “puppy spirit” she will step on relaxing people and dogs. <br/><br/>She is initially shy but a very smart girl. She will bark at cats and squirrels and strangers at the door. She makes a good watch dog. If you call her or distract by moving her to a new space she will stop barking. She enjoys car rides and loves walks and to sit in the front window and watch the world go by. <br/><br/>She will be spayed on Oct. 1. She was surrendered in Washington County, VA after her owner passed away. <br/><br/>If you are looking for a sweet gal to pal around with, Pepper is your girl. She is being fostered in Bethesda, MD.
