But once she wakes up, it’s time for rambunctious puppy play—especially if squeaky toys are involved! Afterward, she’s perfectly happy to recharge for her next round.<br/><br/>Pepper is wonderful with dogs, cats, and kids. She’s learning “sit,” “no,” and “down,” and making great progress with potty training when taken outside frequently on a consistent schedule.<br/><br/>2 months old • Female • Shepherd Mix • 16lbs<br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
