We do not know what happened to them besides someone just leaving them stranded outside. Pepper is the smallest one out of the group. She is very sweet but timid. You will need to let her decompress and earn your trust. She absolutely loves dogs. She needs a home with a dog sibling. 📍 Currently located in Ocala FL
