Pepper

We are excited to introduce you to Pepper. She is now 8 weeks old and on the hunt for her furever home! This little lady was rescued from a homeless living situation where she was held back as pick of the litter. Fortunately, the streets are no longer in her bright future. Pepper is sweet and spicy. She doesn’t know she is tiny and already has a big feisty attitude. She is currently in a home with small dogs and cats and does well with all; she has also been introduced to larger dogs and is not intimidated by them. Pepper is already very strong willed and that combined with her being deaf means she will need an experienced pet parent who is able to put in the training to accommodate her special needs. Preferably her adopter will have large dog experience, ideally of the bully breed, with the knowledge that puppies require a lot of patience, especially when they are unable to hear your commands. <br/><br/>She is already great on leash and loves to take walks. She likes to play and has the exuberance of an energetic dog. Pepper is working on her potty training but it’s still early days and she will need more work on that. She will willingly go into her crate to sleep but, prefers to sleep in bed with humans. Due to her being very mouthy and still learning her big girl manners, potential adopters should not have children under age 12.<br/><br/>Pepper currently weighs 8 pounds. We don’t know her exact breeding but both parents appeared to be Pitbull.<br/><br/>**Adoption fee waived for an adopter with verifiable experience working with special needs, specifically hearing impaired dogs**
