Pepper's Story

Pepper is a sweet, sensitive pup who had a rocky start to life. She was removed from a hoarding home along with 70 other dogs, and has been in foster for a few months now. Along the way, Pepper has shown remarkable resilience - she's learning to trust people again, and she finds comfort and confidence in her dog friends.
This sweet girl loves to go on long nature walks, playing in the yard, cuddling with her foster family, and LOVES all kinds of treats. She has come out of her shell and gained a lot of confidence, and she is overall a happy, fun companion. Pepper has reservations about meeting new people, so she will be a dog that still requires time, patience, and gentle training to continue to bring out the best version of her. Though Pepper will take some time and effort to warm up to you, her beautiful little heart will make earning her trust the most rewarding journey.
Pepper is fully potty trained (though this will need to be reinforced in her new home), crate trained, and fully vetted and spayed. She has some leash training, some basic obedience cues, and she is slowly making progress building confidence around new people/settings.
- Good with dogs - would do best with another dog in the home
- Quiet home required
- Recommended no young children
- Fenced in yard required|
