Pepe's Story
A cinnamon roll on the outside, former street demon on the inside. He also answers to Pep or Pepperoni. But only if he likes you. If you're lucky enough to be the chosen one, your reward will be the most loyal loving lap boss baby you've ever met.

Pepe is about 4 years old and weighs in at a respectable 13 lbs. He is more than ready to slide into early retirement where he can be held like a baby on the couch, play fetch with his toys, attend doggie birthday parties, and go for car rides to restaurants with his people.

This spicy boy was rescued from the streets and has been with his foster parents since April 2025. In that time, he's made it very clear that strangers are only welcome once properly vetted and a cheese tribute has been offered. A little cheddar and you may exist in his space. But still, no touching unless explicitly invited. With patience, comes love. Seriously - he’s got a strong “touch me and die” energy at first, but once you’re in his circle of trust? Belly! Constant, dramatic belly. He’s affectionate, clingy, a professional napper, and believes that love means you stay home all day so he can rest peacefully in your presence like the tiny god he is.

Pepe gets along with other dogs as long as they don’t try anything cute. He is not here for your dog park chaos. He is here for calm vibes, parallel play, consistent routines, and turf. Not grass. Never grass. He’s a reformed street dog with very clear standards now, and honestly, we respect that.

He is currently undergoing heartworm treatment like the brave little warrior he is, but applications are open! He’d thrive with a patient, experienced small dog handler—ideally someone who knows how to flirt with a feral raccoon disguised as a King Charles Cavalier until he loves you forever.

He’s ready for the soft retirement he deserves. Are you ready for your tiny, dramatic soulmate?

***********************************************************************
For more information, please check out our FAQ's on our website (https://www.kimsfureverhomes.com/faq) or fill out an application on our Adopt Me page (https://www.kimsfureverhomes.com/adopt-me-).
***********************************************************************
