Penny is a 1-year-old, 48-pound mixed breed. We were told Basset Hound and Black Lab, maybe some Daschund too - really we are just guessing about breeds but whatever she is made up of created a very pretty, very good dog! Penny has a friendly, easygoing personality. She’s playful and affectionate with kids and other dogs making her a wonderful fit for a family. <br/><br/>Playful & Social: Penny enjoys active play and would thrive in a home with another dog or a family who can keep her engaged.<br/><br/>Affectionate: After playtime, she’s happiest curled up beside her people for a good snuggle.<br/><br/>Great Companion: Penny rides calmly in the car and loves going for walks, making her a reliable partner for outings.<br/><br/>Home Needs: Because she can clear a 4’ fence, she’ll need a secure 6’ fence, a tie-out, or a family committed to regular walks for potty breaks. Penny is housetrained if she is let out regularly. <br/><br/>Healthy & Ready: Penny is fully vetted and microchipped, prepared to settle into her new home.<br/><br/>Her current family loves her, but they have four children and busy schedules so they aren’t able to give her the time she deserves. Penny is looking for a forever home where she can enjoy playtime, companionship, and daily affection. We will contact your vet and do a home visit prior to adoption. Beagles rrrrrrr Us offers a trial run option to ensure that you and your beagles are a good fit for each other.
