Penny's Story
Penny is a 9-month-old dachshund and the offspring of Cooper and Chloe, who all arrived at the rescue at the same time. She was underweight when she arrived due to parasites, but has now been treated and is gaining weight.

Penny would do best in a home with other small dogs that are confident and can show her how to be a pet. She was fairly nervous when she arrived, but is loving playing and cuddling with her dog friends. Her potty training has improved significantly, also.

She will be ready for her forever home after she is spayed and microchipped in early September.

To be considered for Penny, please apply on our website:

https://www.portlanddachshundrescue.org/adoptionform
