Meet Penny 🐾<br/><br/>Penny is a 5-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix with a gentle heart and a whole lot of love to give — once you’re “her person.” She’s shy and slow to warm up at first, but once she trusts you, your lap becomes her favorite place in the world.<br/><br/>She’s wonderful on a harness and leash and truly enjoys going for walks. While she’s a cuddler at heart, her terrier side comes out in playtime, and she loves her toys. Penny didn’t grow up with other pets, but after a brief adjustment period, she’s now happily playing with two small dogs — showing she could do well in a home with other small, friendly pups.<br/><br/>Penny can be anxious when left alone, so a home where someone works from home or can check in during the day would be ideal.
