Because shes naturally a little shy and sensitive, we think a home with children around 8 years old or older would be the best fit, simply because younger childrens fast movements and excitement may be overwhelming for her as she continues building confidence.<br/><br/>While Penny can be a bit of a nervous girl when faced with new situations, shes making wonderful progress in her foster home every day. Shes learning that the world isnt such a scary place, and shell need a patient family willing to continue helping her blossom at her own pace. She absolutely loves giving kisses, following her people from room to room, and simply being wherever you are.
