Penn's Story

Penn is a 3-year-old Poodle weighing just 12 pounds. This little guy may be small in size, but he has a big future ahead of him.

Penn is shy when faced with new people and situations, but he is friendly and eager to build trusting relationships at his own pace. He finds comfort in the company of other dogs and would love a home with a canine companion to help him continue gaining confidence.

Penn came to rescue after his former owner, who was struggling with health challenges, realized she had more dogs than she could properly care for. Her difficult decision has given Penn the chance to find a family of his very own.

Penn is looking for a patient adopter who understands that the best things are worth waiting for. Given time, love, and a little encouragement, he's sure to become a loyal and loving companion.
