Meet Penelope! Penelope is approximately 11 months old, ~40 lbs currently and she is a Mutt. She was found as a stray at a boat ramp that is a known dumping ground. She is working hard on her house-training, crate training, and hasn't had any leash walking experience yet. She could go to a home with teens and other dogs.<br/><br/>No apartments, please!
