Penelope is a sweet and precious 1 and a half year old female terrier mix, ready for love and a good home. She and her family members came from a hoarding situation. When she first came in, she was so scared and shaking, but once we made her kennel cozy with a warm bed, love, blankets, and food, she changed completely. Penelope is enjoying learning to receive pets, snuggles, be held, and walked. She is an absolute angel. Innocent and loving, this little girl will bring so much love and warmth to your heart.
