This girl is very affectionate and happiest when she’s close to her people. Penelope does well with other dogs and even cats!<br/><br/>Penelope would do best in a home with older children or adults, as she’s not a big fan of small kiddos. She’s active, playful, treat motivated, and loves her toys.
