Penelope was found on 8/10/2026 at Knoop Avenue & Elizabeth Street in Eugene. She came into the shelter not yet spayed. <br/><br/>If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.<br/><br/>The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs.
