Penelope

Penelope came to WCHS as a stray that was never reclaimed. Shes very scared, but warms up after a few minutes with you. She does well on a leash, but could use some reinforcement. She seems to get along with any cats that we have introduced her to, and the same goes for dogs(though we recommend a meet and greet with potential adopters). She loves to be outside and smell everything she possibly can, and seems to become more energetic when shes able to get her time alone! Penelope is spayed, UTD on shots and preventatives, and ready to find her calm forever home where she can come out of her shell and spend the rest of her days with a loving family.
