Meet PENELOPE

I am precious in every way, from the tip of my little nose to the tip of my little tail. I make the cutest little cooing noise but also say "ruff" when I mean business. I run all over the place chasing whatever moves, wrestle with my brother and sister, and love to climb on my foster mom's dog. I do love to be held and snuggled, belly rubs are especially nice. I like to explore, have only been outside a couple of times but I like running in the yard. Come see how special I am.
