Meet Penelope! Penelope is approximately 7 months old, 38 lbs currently and she is a Mutt. She was found as a stray at a boat ramp that is a known dumping ground. She is working hard on her house-training, crate training, and hasn't had any leash walking experience yet. She could go to a home with kids 5+, and other young dogs.<br/><br/>No apartments, please! She is initially shy and would benefit from a home with a fenced yard and another young dog.<br/><br/>Her foster says, "She loves loves LOVES toys. She has a toy in her mouth 95% of the time. She loves frozen or fresh blueberries, carrots, and Greek yogurt. She loves her brother and has more energy. When she does tire down, she is very cuddly and loving.
