Penelope's Story

Meet Penelope! Penelope is a 2-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a big personality packed into a little body! She’s great with kids, enjoys other dogs who are willing to share the spotlight, and is learning all about house training and routines. Cats? She’s still deciding! Penelope would LOVE a family where she can be the center of attention, soak up lots of love, play with the kids, and have a yard to romp around in. Basically, she’s looking for her own little kingdom—and she’s ready to be in it! Could Penelope be your new best friend? ❤ï ̧
